Saving Mr. Banks Trailer

I have heard that the script for Saving Mr. Banks was fantastic, and while this trailer looks a little slight to me, I will say that a) the cast is fantastic and b) trailers can be deceiving if their trying to sell the film. At the least, the all-star cast is sure to get some awards attention. And don't forget that while cynical bloggers and critics did not eat up John Lee Hancock's The Blind Side or Disney's The Help, both went on to Best Picture nominations and acting wins. This trailer looks fun, funny, a bit cheesy, and very Disney. Which means it could really go either way. Check it out below:

  1. I actually really liked The Help. As a fan of Disney and the animated studios, and of course of Hanks, I feel that this will be certainly a movie to watch out for.

  2. The Help was one of my favorite films of 2011, and I personally am looking forward to this (I think they have dumbed down the trailer a bit to make it more marketable, because as I said, the script is apparently wonderful). I have already seen comments and articles that are negative towards this film just from the trailer. They needed a reminder that their comments will not stop the film from being a big success.
