Other Contenders - Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Chelsea Lately, Portlandia, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson
Commentary - Jon Stewart looks to extend his streak, and Bill Maher, and Stephen Colbert look to try to knock him off again. SNL will most likely get nominated, but sometimes the Academy takes break from it and doesn't nominate it. David Letterman also stands to get a nod, particularly with Jay Leno falling off the radar. The last spot however is a little tricky. Some are predicting Jimmy Kimmel, and some are going for Jimmy Fallon, both of whom are good choices. But I actually think the Emmys may reward Conan for his rejuviant season on TBS, and for his comeback after being dumped by NBC.
