Commentary - Honestly, as much as I love RuPaul, I was hoping that something new and exciting would come in and start a new trend. Then I looked at the five nominations, and it is the most refreshing of the bunch. The other four, all longtime, decades-plus staples, could win, but until voters do something different, I am sticking with the drag queens.

Could Win - Queer Eye Hosts "Queer Eye" or Nicole Byer "Nailed It"
Should Win - Nicole Byer "Nailed It"
Commentary - When Nailed It missed the cut for Competition Series, I gave up on my dream of Nicole Byer winning the Emmy this year. The Queer Eye guys could finally triumph, but these voters are clearly still stuck on RuPaul.
Best Structured Reality Series
Will Win - Queer Eye
Could Win - Shark Tank or Love is Blind
Should Win - Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives
Commentary - Expect Queer Eye to prevail again, or they could go back to Shark Tank, which was a favorite for many years. If they are daring enough to do something different, watch for Love is Blind to surprise.
Best Unstructured Reality Series
Will Win - Welcome to Wrexham
Could Win - RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked or Vanderpump Rules
Should Win - Welcome to Wrexham
Commentary - Untucked could win, after its triumph two years ago, but I am banking on the star power behind Welcome to Wrexham to upend this category, one of the few that has had a mix of winners over the years. Also watch out for Vanderpump Rules.
