2022 Emmy Nomination Predictions: Best Supporting Actor and Supporting Actress in a Limited Series/TV Movie

Best Supporting Actor in a Limited Series/TV Movie
Will Win - Murray Bartlett "The White Lotus"
Could Win - Peter Saarsgard "Dopesick" or Seth Rogen "Pam & Tommy"
Should Win - Murray Bartlett "The White Lotus"
Commentary - With three nominees for both Dopesick and The White Lotus, this could be Seth Rogen's chance to win this category. But I think that Murray Bartlett has been dominating the conversation for over a year now, and is the viral, scene-stealing favorite of the bunch. I think that two co-stars is not too much vote splitting to overcome for Bartlett.

Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series/TV Movie
Will Win - Jennifer Coolidge "The White Lotus"
Could Win - Kaitlyn Dever "Dopesick"
Should Win -  Jennifer Coolidge "The White Lotus"
Commentary - I have wanted Coolidge to win this Emmy for now over a year, and while I think she can pull it off, she is up against a lot of surprising internal competition. But, I thought that it would hurt the Ted Lasso guys last year, but Brett Goldstein managed to win despite four nominees for the series in that category. Coolidge will have to overcome five total White Lotus nominees, and make history in the process. Which is why I leave Kaitlyn Dever really close, and may switch at the last minute. But what Goldstein's win shows is that the top shows that are getting views, are actually watched by these voters, and the standouts rise to the top. This is relatively new phenomenon over the last three years, but if Coolidge wins, it will prove the theory correct.
