With so many ineligible films, and with such a wild year, I honestly don't know how these categories will shape up at the Oscars. But in terms of continued guild support, Bridge of Spies, Spotlight, Straight Outta Compton, Sicario, The Big Short, and The Martian continue to do extremely well (Mad Max was not script heavy, so no real snub or surprise there). Carol and Trumbo bounce back after missing out at PGA. I will wait to see BAFTA before I finalize by predictions here, but like a lot of these categories, it could be a wild year.
