Commentary - This category tends to repeat itself, so the obvious choice is RuPaul's Drag Race. But The Masked Singer got in this year, and it is wildly popular. Also, I could see Top Chef, which had a well-received season, making a comeback.

Commentary - Shark Tank won for a while, and then it switched to Queer Eye. Queer Eye is the most recent winner, and feels like it will definitely repeat.

Could Win - RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked
Should Win - We're Here or Amy Schumer Learns to Cook
Commentary - A lot of previous winners in this category are not in the running this year, which I think leaves this category open. Cheer got a lot of buzz on Netflix, and I think it is going to take the prize. It kind of fits in with a lot of the winners in this category recently. The RuPaul off shoot could win here, based on the popularity of the show. But it has been nominated before and has not won. We're Here also feels like it could win with its timely message. Finally, she is a popular Emmy winner, so don't discount Amy Schumer, and her new cooking show.
