I think that out of all of them, the Social Network nod is the most interesting of them all. I have said since the beginning, that while subtle, the sound in the movie was phenomenal, but I am surprised that flashier movies didn't get in instead. My guess is that in the end The Social Network won't get this nod, and instead something like Tron, Alice, or another effects heavy film will get in instead. However, it is very telling that even the technical guilds are going for it. I also think that Shutter Island is getting a lot of attention, and could sneak in for a surprise picture nod, if there is enough low-key broad support across all the guilds. Hey stranger things have happened (The Blind Side, The Reader).
