  4. I acutally really like NCIS, the problem is that the Emmys don't really like NCIS. You know how they pick their favorite shows and run with them. Furthermore, they have a problem with the highest rated shows (NCIS, CSI, Greys, AI, etc.). I agree though that it would be nice for Mark Harmon to finally get some attention.
