Commentary - Audra McDonald has already won four Tony Awards, and from the looks of it, she may make it five with the revival of Porgy and Bess. Hot on her tails are some big veterans like Jan Maxwell, who has still yet to win a Tony, and the legendary Bernadette Peters. Also joining the race is newcomer Cristin Milioti in her first lead role on Broadway. The last slot is a little tricky. I think it is between Milioti, Peters, newcomer Elena Roger for Evita, which has gotten mixed reviews, and finally Kelli O'Hara. Nice Work if You Can Get It is a big hit, and three time nominee O'Hara has yet to win a Tony, and is a well-liked Broadway star.
