Washington DC Area Film Critics Awards: Nominees

Monday we will learn the winners, but for now let's rejoice in this wonderful set of nominees. I love the recognition of Drive, and the wonderful Win Win, and while the acting lists are probably considered standard, they are still great. The only snub I don't like is Jessica Chastain, but happy for Carey Mulligan and Melissa McCarthy. War Horse is notably absent beyond the technical categories (which could be reflected at the Oscars, although Picture/Director is still likely). I will also note that last year they did pretty well with their nominations and the eventual Oscar nods.
