Top 100 Movies of the Last 25 Years (1984-2009): Preview

I think I have finalized my Top 100 list for 1984-2009. This was incredibly hard to do with so many excellent choices and a lot of great movies didn't make the cut. Some movies I thought would be in like Scarface didn't make it due to dates (1983). Overall I think it is an interesting list that spans the three decades, with a mix of all genres and some personal favorites. There will be some interesting choices, some movies in places that were not expected, either too low or too high in many people's opinions. However, I think it will be a fun project over the summer, combined with my continuing Emmy coverage. Stay tuned!
