Commentary - Bill Hader is probably the biggest threat to a repeat win for Donald Glover, and Ted Danson is a television legend. But honestly, I think as Atlanta continues to grow in popularity and is in a great position to win or get close to winning Comedy Series. Plus, this is Donald Glover's year. He was in big movies, his song This is America was everywhere, and Atlanta continues to be a popular and beloved television show. I think that triple threat puts him in first place.

Will Win - Rachel Brosnahan "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel"

Could Win - Allison Janney "Mom" or Tracee Ellis Ross "black-ish"

Should Win - Issa Rae "Insecure"

Commentary - Rachel Brosnahan has been barreling towards this Emmy win for a while now, and with popular votes mattering more and more under the new voting system, I think she stands a really good chance. I only see two actresses potentially standing in her way. First, of course, is Allison Janney. The recent Oscar winner has won plenty of Emmys over the years, and she could easily inspire voters again. The other is Tracee Ellis Ross. She is extremely popular, on a show nominated for Best Comedy Series, and had a great emotional story arch over the last half of the season. But this is Brosnahan's to lose.
