Could Win - Louis C.K. "Louie - New Year's Eve" or Gail Mancuso "Modern Family - Arrested"
Commentary - Modern Family has been dominant in this category, but I think this year someone will upset them, although a win for Mancuso would not drop by jaw by any means. Louis C.K. is always a possibility, and New Year's Eve is brilliant. But Beth McCarthy-Miller has made a name for herself over the years and her handling 30 Rock's two-part season finale was simply brilliant, I think she takes home the prize.
