2014 BAFTA Calendar and Diana Teaser Trailer

First, BAFTA has announced its dates for this year's ceremony. After the tumult of last year, this year seems to be back to normal with sufficient time between BAFTA and Oscar nominees, and even an extra week for BAFTA voters to decide.

December 11th - Phase One Voting Begins
January 3rd - Phase One Voting Closes
January 8th - Nominations Announced - Phase Two Opens
February 12th - Phase Two Voting Closes
February 16th - BAFTA's

Speaking of the British, one of the most anticipated films coming out of the UK this year is Diana, starring Oscar nominee Naomi Watts. The teaser trailer for the film has been released, and it looks like most biopic films. It could either be extraordinary or a disappointment. Either way, Watts could still be a major contender in Best Actress.
