Today, the producers of this year's Oscars have announced that after this successful Emmy gig, that Jimmy Kimmel will host the 89th Academy Awards. For the record, Jimmy is a six-time Emmy nominee for his successful late night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live! on ABC, and has hosted the after the Oscars special for a couple of years now. This seems like a perfect match for the Oscars, and after some of his Emmy gags, he won't be afraid to drop a few jaws. As always, we'll wait and see...
